Shipping policy
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-6 business days unless stated otherwise (i.e. preorder or back-order items may take longer to ship, please read product descriptions before ordering). Once you order ships, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update. See the below for estimated delivery times. *Please note: The estimated delivery time is from the date the order has shipped.
All sales are final! Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving the items. All items sent back at the senders expense. It is recommended that you items with tracking. We are not responsible to lost items.
*International orders may be subject to VAT, duties, or taxes upon arrival to your country. ITSMOLLYLUX is not responsible for, nor in control of these charges. For more information, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.
INCORRECT INFORMATION & LOST MAIL
If you’ve made an order with an incorrect address or missing apartment number, DM us immediately @itsmollylux to resolve your issue before your order ships. If we’re unable to make a change of address, we do not take any responsibility for the incorrect information.
We are not responsible for any lost/stolen mail. If you received the wrong size, incorrect item or a damaged item in your package, DM us immediately.
